Artist
I create embroidered collages. By which I mean that I layer paint, paper, fabric, stitch, and sometimes other things, on to a stretched canvas. My subject matter is primarily abstracted as I am drawn to variations in pattern and texture. As part of my creative process I also create ACEOs - collectible art cards always 2.5″x3.5″ in size. My focus in 2008 is on building skills while I concentrate on other parts of my life.
